The Mission of the Vietnamese Heritage Museum is to search, collect, preserve, interpret, exhibit and educate all the testimonies, arts, and artifacts that document the history of the refugees, who fled Vietnam after the Vietnam War, and to educate, inform, and share our heritage with others for the benefits of the public and to operate exclusively for educational and charitable purposes within the meaning of section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 as provided in the Certificate of Formation of Vietnamese Heritage Museum.


The VHM will establish to house and display historical heritage of the Vietnamese refugees. Our collections of testimonies and artifacts will be made accessible throughout the world via the internet, traveling exhibits and museum displays. The history of the Vietnamese refugees will be made available not only to current and future generations of Vietnamese refugees, but also to those who empathize with our struggles for freedom and treasure our heritage.
